A Song for Spring

I’ve always had a connection to Spring, and Easter. This song strikes me more as a Christmas-y (not sure what the Equinox term is) song, but I remember playing it over and over and sending it to my best friend around Easter a few years ago, when I was about to dive into something terrible and hard to climb out of. Now, I feel more, live more truthfully, and carry my badge as a wounded mender around and try to put balm on those whose wounds also need it. A rebirth? Maybe… I’m not big on big concepts like that for myself. But definitely something new, and even unexpected. Good times.
